Matt nodded, "We all have our strange fetishes." She laughed "I could just eat marshmellows well... forever." She'd always loved marshmellows, ever since she'd been a little girl she'd been able to eat them non stop, she loved s'mores too. She loved chocolate and marshmellows a lot. If she lived a kind life, hopefully God would fill Heaven with her favorite foods and a nice warm campfire. Camping... her memories from it were endless and memories she'd never forget. She loved them. Her mother trying to start a fire while their dad walked the five miles to the closest town for salt, a five year old Matt who put up the tent, much to her parents amazement. These memories refuse to fade.
Again she laughed, "Well, running into people really is my main passtime," she joked "But I run on the track team, I like camping and every summer for the past three years I've been going all over the place to build houses for the less fortunate." Last year had been Mexico, she'd been shocked to see how these people who had litterally nothing managed to enjoy life more than the average american did. In a sense, it was sick how ungrateful the world is of what we have. On the other hand, it was touching to see how grateful these kids were to them for having built a one room house, well, more of a hut, that seven of them would share. "So... what things do you do other than eat pizza and ask poor klutzy girls too dinner?" Outfit

Levi laughed "Marshmellows? Really? Your braver then I am..I ate too many as a kid and they got me sick.." Levi though it was funny he despised marshmellows, marshmellow candies, marshmellow cream, marshmellows in his hot coco. "Maybe Ill call you marshmellow from now on.."
Levi listened to her intently, every word she spoked seemed to make her more and more perfect for him. "Camping, thats awesome. Ive never got to go." Levi's family never really did much together expect for going to Disneyland once. "Well when I wasnt being a dad, I was surfing, playing piano, though asking pretty girls to dinner is my specialty."
Caiti the waitress returned with their Pizza and set it down on the table. "Anything else?" She asked.

She cuckled. "I once had a cat named Marshmellow..." she remenisced on the good memories of that funny white cat who, at the age of three, she'd named after her favorite food. It had been four when they'd found it asleep in the ditch. She'd lovingly taken it into her home... well, really her parents home, and she'd nursed the poor cat back to health. "Pizza doesn't quite have the same ring as marshmellow," she laughed gaily.
Surfing... she'd never done any before, but she'd always wanted to. "Surfing? What's it like?" her eyes lit up with interest. She began to wonder where he'd lived before to be able to surf, but she didn't want to seem nosy and therefore didn't ask. "If you ever get the chance, go camping. It's fantastic." Matt smiled sweetly at his comment "I guess I just run into fantastic guys in the hallway." Outfit

Levi took a sip of his drink, and he chuckled a bit "Yeah, Marshmellow sounds cute. Pizza makes me sound like I have an acne problem. " He joked. He absent mindly twirled his starw in his soda. His bright blue eyes focused on her getting lost in the way her mouth moved when she talked, the way her eyes twinkled, her beautiful skin, that lured him to reach up and stoke her cheek. But He didnt.
Levi snapped out of his thoughts when she brought up surfing. "Surfing? Its amazing being out there, you wouldnt think being in a ocean would be calming but it is, the water splashing your face, and then hittinga good wave, well its like your flying." When levi wasnt escaping his family issues with Piano and Music, when he wasnt being a father to Missie and Kail. He was out on the waves. "Ill deffiently have to try camping sometime soon. Maybe Ill take my little brother and sister, Im sure they'd enjoy it."
He smiled when she refered to him as fantastic, at this rate with Mattie around Levi figured he might never have another depressive state again, maybe he'd feel normal for a change.
The waitress return with the large cheese pizza, "Be careful its hot" she said before walking away again.

Matt laughed brightly, "Maybe not pizza... hm..." she paused for a moment, wondering before voicing her thoughts "If I'm going to have a nickname you'll need one and you aren't in the eighth grade anymore so acne doesn't work." her eyes danced with delight. She realized that she really liked spending time with Levi, he was a great guy, he hadn't even asked her to sleep with him which earned him a lot of respect in her books. There'd been a few boys she'd dated after "the incident" and most of them had turned out to be dead ends, all they wanted was sex. Matt wasn't interessted in that, not with someone she barely knew, even someone she knew well, it would take her a while to really be able to want to go that far with them. She wanted her first 'real time' to be special and she wanted it to be with someone special, not some lowlife who was just using her.
Matt closed her eyes for a moment and just listened to Levi talk about surfing, it was amazing to be able to picture the ocean around you, calm but with a strength unimaginable. She could almost hear the sound of the waves lapping against the shore as Levi's gentle voice recounted his experiance. "It sounds... amazing." she sighed, almost able to smell the ocean salt in the air. As camping came up, the ocean scene faded into rustic mountain area where Matt could still picture her parents setting up the tent, her dad quite expertly as her mom applauded and smiled. "Camping's great, you'd really love it and I'm sure you're siblings would too." Missie seemed like a pretty up-to-anything sort of girl and she'd never really met his younger brother.
Caiti brought them the pizza. No need to warn them it was hot, as soon as it was set down, Matt could see the heat rising off of it. She breathed deeply through her nose, inhaling the scent of melted cheese of soft crust. She thanked the waitress before taking herself a peice. "I don't know about you, but I'm famished." she realized it was true, her stomach grumbled angirly at her and she took a bite of the delicious slice of cheesy pizza to stiffle it's displeasure. Levis stomach growled when he smelled the Pizza. He seemed to love Pizza more when he was hungry, though he wasnt sure how Pizza could be anymore amazing then what it already was. "Im starving, I was in the music room most of the day, so I forgot to eat." he confessed, this happened often to him, he'd be so wrapped up in a song, the way he fingers felt against the keys of the instrument he'd lose complete track of time. At home he'd often lose track of time sitting at his grandmothers old piano that he would pass out on the bench, Missie would often wake him up his hands still in place on the keys his head with a pain in it from it falling to the side on his shoulder.
Levi took a slice of pizza and immediately dropped the end into his mouth. He tore a piece off, it burnt his tongue a bit and he yelped. He took a sip of doctor pepper after he finished chewing. "This place has like the best Pizza ever, even better then back in LA."

Pizza's such a fantastic food. Quite greasy and fattening... very greasy really. Matt'd had to wipe her fingers on a paper napkin a couple of times already to rid herself of the grease which was determined to completely cover her fingers in orangish, yellowish oil. It wasn't her choice meal for before a track meet, or any type of running for that matter, it would be as though you'd swallowed a ten pound cement block, that's how much it would weigh you down. None the less, pizza was probably even worse than McDonalds due to it's exstremely addictive qualities. Qualities that, even with a will-power as strong as Matt's, were nearly impossible to resist. She was so hungry too, the small sandwich she'd eaten with a salad for lunch hardly sustained her hunger. Every bite of the pizza was as though heaven had settled down right inside of her mouth and made it's self a place there. The perfect combination of melted cheese and soft crust.
She grinned as Levi, carelessly brushing a small bit of grease from below her bottom lip with her napkin. "Lunch is a pretty important meal, it's not good to skip it." she laughed, "Even for music." She'd once been told that lunch keeps us going through the day. It's the middle meal, so it really makes sense. You're refueling after the morning and making sure you have enough to keep you going through the day. It was the first thing some people eat since breakfast and then it's all they eat until supper. Matt always made a point of snacking, but she still ate all of her meals. Music room eh? "What kind of music do you play?" Matt asked curiously, she herself sang a bit, but not very well. She liked to listen to music, but her muscial talent ended at do, re, mi.

Levi smiled at her watching the way she moved, her movements were even delicate and propper. "Any meal can be skipped for music.." he teased. He took another bite of the pizza enjoying the greasy, cheesy taste with the perfect mix of seasonings and warm bread. Levi took another sip of the Dr. Pepper to wash down the bread. "I guess I'd consider it a poppy kind of easy listening music.. it's all done with Piano, so no hard metal for me.." He said with a laugh meeting her gaze.
"Its really the only thing that speaks to me, whenever Im stressed or upset I go sit down, and write, mostly about love, which is ironic, Ive never really been in love, Ive had girlfriends just never fell in love with them.." He worried he was giving away to much information about himself, or hogging the spot light. "What about you? Any broken hearts, crazy boyfriends?" Levi asked cautiously he didnt want to overstep his bounds.
